SHOPPING

We do not have a physical store, but we do sell our products on other sales channels; for a full catalog and a better shopping experience we recommend placing your order directly through our website (HoneycombWorkshop.com).

Promotions advertised on our social media accounts, as well as coupons found online or provided along with a previous order, can only be redeemed on this website.

You can contact us through the chat here on our website to let us know about the desired quantity and your project.

PRODUCTS

At this moment we don't offer gift wrapping, special packaging options or personalized notes with messages, but our Premium Packaging is ideal for gifting.

Because metals are a common type of material that people are sensitive to, we constantly have in stock variations of products that do not contain metal parts on areas that will have contact with skin. These variations, when in stock, are also shipped to customers who have not disclosed to us known allergies, so our available inventory where all orders are fulfilled from includes them. We are unable to provide at this moment the quantity of materials used to manufacture the products we sell, we would advise you not to go though with your purchase to avoid the risk of having an allergic reaction.

Because fit is a personal preference, two people with the same characteristic might find the same size to fit different on them, based on their own definition of comfort. Approximate measurements are provided on our product pages, but please reach out to us at hi@honeycombworkshop.com and we will do our best to assist you in choosing the right size.

We take our pictures in a light-controlled setting and work with calibrated monitors, but display settings and filters on your screen might make colors be perceived different that how they look in person; also, products of same color may differ from each other in hue, saturation and/or brightness due to the characteristics of their materials and manufacturing process.

ORDERS

Purchases are processed as they come into our store, and we don't consider fair for people to have their orders delayed because we gave priority to someone else's order, for that reason we don't offer rush services.

Due to the made-to-order/personalized nature of the items we sell they can't be exchanged or returned.

Unfortunately, details on an order can't be modified once it is paid because its processing starts immediately after it is placed, therefore all sales are final.

Once an order is placed we start a multi-step process, that is why paid orders can't be canceled or modified.

SHIPPING

We ship from our workshop located in Florida, USA.

While we offer fast turnaround times, we can't guarantee any delivery date as that part of the fulfillment process is out of our control, we can only guarantee that we will ship out your order on time.

All orders are guaranteed to be shipped less than 5 business days after they are placed, unless otherwise informed on an Announcement bar on top of the homepage of this site.

 

Business hours are Monday to Friday from 8am EST to 5pm EST.

We only ship through USPS, but the shipping method can be changed from First-Class Mail® to Priority Mail® and paid for at checkout, which may provide a faster delivery to your address.

We've partnered with Route — a package protection and tracking solution — to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route offers a few options to improve the post-purchase experience.

ROUTE PROTECT

Route Protect is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route Protect at checkout, you can easily file issues for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

Route Protect can be toggled off on the cart, but deselecting package protection does not make us now liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
