Refund policy
Cancellations
All sales are final and orders can't be canceled or refunded for any reason (even if placed by mistake or the request to cancel is done immediately after the order is placed).
Any amount paid for a Gift Card will not be refunded either.
Returns
We don't accept returns but please contact us if you have any problem with your order.
Items sent back to us without its return being previously approved will not be retrieved from our return address unless shipping and handling to send them back has been paid by the buyer or whoever sent the items back; forced returns are not eligible for exchanges, and items will be disposed if it's been 10 days and no payment to retrieve and ship them back has been received.

Exchanges
Contact us at hi@honeycombworkshop.com to request an exchange so we can provide you with all necessary information; please don't send an item back without having an exchange approved first.
If an exchange is requested and approved, buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping and handling to send new item. Items will not be accepted for exchange if they are not in their original sealed packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at hi@honeycombworkshop.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
