Packaging

An item's packaging might vary from product to product, and from order to order; packaging is only meant for separation, transportation and/or protection of items, so no attention should be paid to its characteristics and/or condition.

Watchbands are packed in a sealed individual packaging with a frosted "window" that helps identify the band inside. All bands will be shipped in our own packaging and any request to change this policy will not be honored.


Shipping to a P.O. Box

Products from the following categories will not be shipped to a P.O. Box:

- Woodwork

- Tumblers

- Mugs

- T-shirts

Orders will be completed but held pending shipment until a physical address has been provided; buyer will incur in shipping and handling charges if the required shipping address is not provided within 7 days of the order being placed.

 

Shipping Method

Standard shipping method is an Economy service with a promise to deliver in no more than 6 business days.

FedEx 2-3 Day, UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Ground Advantage are Expedited Delivery services available to be paid for at checkout.

 

Shipping timeframe

All orders are guaranteed to be shipped out less than 5 business days after they are placed, unless otherwise informed on an Announcement bar on top of the homepage of this site.

Business hours are Monday to Friday from 8am EST to 5pm EST.

 

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times may be provided by shipping carriers and are to be treated only as estimates and not as guaranteed.

We have absolutely no control of delivery, therefore, we can't guarantee that your purchase will be delivered by a certain date.

 

Claims

Any issue regarding shipping/delivery should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier; although we may help providing information to support any claim with a shipping carrier or police report, we will not submit or file those, that is entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

To protect your order against loss, theft, or damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect (package protection) at checkout.

When you add Route Protect, you can easily file an issue for a lost, stolen, or damaged package. When you file an issue, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 1-2 business days.

If you insured your order with Route Protect, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue. You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via the web here

 

Fulfillment

While purchases are processed in the order they are placed, if they are sent to the same person at a same address they might be fulfilled and shipped together.

 

Change of Address

Packages will not be shipped to an address different than the one that is in the order at the time of purchase. Any request to have the package delivered to a different address has to be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delivered late due to checking out with an incorrect address; our only responsibility is to ship your items to the address on the order.

 

Returned packages

If a package is returned to us by a shipping carrier (for any reason), it will not be retrieved from our return address unless shipping and handling to send it back has been paid by the buyer; items will be disposed if it's been 10 days and no payment to retrieve and ship items back has been received.
